The Silicon Labs CP2103 chip is an extremely handy USB to Serial converter with additional GPIO ports. Problem is, it's near impossible to hand solder. This breakout board therefore saves you all of the hard work, with a ready mounted CP2103, usb connector, LED and interfacing pin holes.
